Ron is a career Real Estate Executive with over 35 years experience in sales and marketing, financing, new home construction, land development, planning, zoning and sub-division of land,  and professional instruction.  A former high school English teacher, football and baseball coach, Ron has the communication skills to effectively negotiate on your behalf and the mental toughness to solve the problems that occur and make sure YOU succeed! 

Ron’s experience incorporates an ability to see beyond the obvious. His construction firm created the first Zero-lot line homes ever built in Maryland.  Creative land planning skills resulted in the widely acclaimed “Patuxent Greens” a planned community which drew Maryland County Executives and dignitaries from as far away as Japan.  Altogether he is responsible for real estate sales totaling over $250,000,000.00 in volume.  His experience and ability to clearly understand the issues make Ron the one Agent other agents turn to for advice and guidance. Yet despite all this background, Ron continues to pursue knowledge of the latest Real Estate trends, laws, and ongoing marketing techniques to remain current on his commitment to personal and educational improvement.  As he is fond of saying:
